GUARANTEE
If you had a confirm tour program from an HAPPY Holidays and due to unavoidable situations if the tour cannot be conducted, it will be done at a later date and the consumer be worry free that he has remitted amount with us for the tour program. Change in tour program will be informed by the company on the rescheduled period.
We will NOT however provide a refund for the following claims:
• Additional expenses such as cost of travel, airfare, loss of income or any additional travel or non-travel related expense.
• Payments or Deposits for an HAPPY Holidays Tour Program which you have confirmed and skipped to attend or not taken the tour program within 180 days from the date of eligibility of the tour.
• Any Payments or Deposits currently in a dispute with an HAPPY Holidays Consumer awaiting the outcome of a refund due determination.
